What does this policy cover?
This policy covers Bytesan’s company website, rather than its mobile apps. Before using an app for entertainment, social experiences or everyday use, review the privacy information provided for that product.
Visits and preferences
No advertising pixel, Google Analytics or similar visitor tracking code has been added. Fonts and images are served from the site’s own files. The website has no accounts, payments or newsletter sign-up.
Your language, theme and privacy notice choices are remembered only in local records in this browser; these do not contain contact details or messages. Change your choices in the header, or clear site data in your browser settings.
How does the contact form work?
The form does not send your information to the website server. It creates an email draft and mailto link on your device. After choosing ‘Open in email app’, you can review and send it in your own app. ‘Copy draft’ copies the text to your device’s clipboard.
Messages you send us are used to answer your questions and follow up on support. Use iletisim@bytesan.com for general questions and destek@bytesan.com for support. Please leave out sensitive information unrelated to your request.
Business email service
Bytesan’s iletisim@bytesan.com and destek@bytesan.com mailboxes use Google Workspace. The addresses, subject, content and any attachments in emails you send are processed by this service to deliver and store contact and support correspondence.
Google Workspace’s data processing and data region terms are explained in the official sources below. Emails may be processed outside Türkiye; the form draft in your browser is not delivered to these mailboxes until you send it from your own email app.
Infrastructure and security
Firebase Hosting processes technical data while serving the website’s files. Its scope and your personal data rights are described on the KVKK page.
The website uses HTTPS. No internet service can offer an absolute security guarantee. Please do not share account passwords, payment details or access keys through this contact channel.
Links, updates and contact
